27 Nutrients & 28,000 Calories!
You eat well. You have a fruit and vegetable (maybe even two!) at every meal. You forgo saturated fat and haven’t had sugar in a year. And everything in your home is organic…even your shampoo!
But, believe it or not, that is likely not enough.
